Ingredients: Tulsi, Catnip, Skullcap, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Licorice Root, Peppermint

Add 1 tsp to 8 oz of boiled water and steep for 10 minutes. Steep longer for a stronger taste but since this does contain lavender, it can be slightly bitter and astringent. If so, you can add more water.
**Best when sweetened with honey for a full calming effect**
